2014 Banner Ad Project

This is the Web Interactive Design 1 first project. Following the lecture on web graphic file formats and optimization, students create a static banner ads (no movement or animation) as a png and or jpeg banner ad series. Student then create a animated gif version in 3 sizes (Rectangle, Leaderboard and Skyscraper). Below are a few examples (sorry, no skyscraper version shown, just leader board and rectangle.

2014 - Information Site Project

Students created a simple 4 or 5 page information site for the first site. Student had to create a design brief and flow before starting their site projects. Research, design thumbnails and design comp were created in Photoshop and were also mandatory before diving into the html and production phase in Dreamweaver.

2014 - Business Site Project

Students created a complex site with advanced web features link jquery slides shows, java scripting and a form page. Student had to first create a design brief and flow before starting their business site project. Research, design thumbnails and design comps created in Photoshop and were also mandatory before diving into the html and production phase in Dreamweaver.
